I live in michigan and I need to find out a business, all I have is their tax id number...

I have a small business in my apartment. I am planing to move to a bigger place. Maybe in the same building. My concern is that if I move I have to change the address of my business an therefore that would change everything else? Like the number of my business bank account, and more importantly, the Tax ID of my business? Please help.

I have a home based business that uses my social security number to file taxes. I understand the benefits when filing this way. I am considering getting a Federal ID or tax id number for my business. Would I still use a schedule C when filing? What are the pros and cons of filing this way? Thanks!
